What do we offer?
Kayak rental
We offer kayak rentals in Herøy on the Helgeland coast. The kayaks are stable and can be adjusted to fit each individual. They are located at a dock property on Sør-Herøy, equipped with kayak docking for easy launching. The dock is in immediate proximity to Herøy’s archipelago.
Your rental includes paddles, life vests, spray skirts, a bilge pump, and a map of the area with recommended routes. Dry suits are available as an additional option
Guided tours
A guided kayak tour is a wonderful way to experience the unique landscape of Herøy. Our local guides grew up on these islands and will take you to the most beautiful spots.
If you prefer a land-based adventure, island-hopping by bike is a fantastic alternative. Starting in Sandnessjøen, you can cycle from island to island, discovering hidden gems along the Helgeland coast. This unique route lets you experience breathtaking scenery, authentic coastal culture, and a sense of freedom on two wheels
Mountain hiking
We offer guided mountain hikes along the Helgeland coast. We arrange tours up De Syv Søstre in Sandnessjøen and Dønnamannen on Dønna. This takes about 4-5 hours. Our local guides have extensive experience and ensure a safe trip.

Bike rental
We rent out electric and hybrid bicycles on Herøy, and hybrid bicycles from Sandnessjøen town center. The bicycle rental includes a helmet, pump, patch kit, and panniers. We also offer “Fly and Bike,” where we deliver bicycles to Stokka Airport or arrange bike transport to local ferry terminals.

Explore Herøy
There are many beautiful islands and shorelines on Herøy that can be quite hidden. We have a stunning archipelago just a short distance from our dock. We can plan a 3- to 5-hour itinerary showcasing what we believe to be some of the best sights along the Helgeland coast, or we can take you on a fully guided tour.
On a guided kayak trip, there is a high chance of seeing sea eagles up close. You may also spot seals, porpoises, and other wildlife.
